The credit union’s Annual Meeting and Election are scheduled for March 14, 2019. The meeting will be held at Middletown High School and hors d’oeurvres will be provided. The meeting will start at 5:30 pm and there will be prizes awarded.
This year there will be five vacancies on the board: three are for 3-year terms, one is for a 2-year term, and one is for a 1-year term. Nominations for board members must be submitted by a member in good standing nominating another member in good standing. Nominations must include the account number of each member. All nominations should be submitted in writing to the credit union Main Office by March 13 or from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
Members will receive a letter regarding the Annual Meeting which will include an RSVP form. RSVPs for attendance are due at the credit union office by February 28, 2019.
